My journey in hospitality began with a Diploma in Hotel Management from Good Shepherd Institute of Hotel Management, Kalimpong. As part of my professional training, I completed a six-month Industrial Training at The Park, Visakhapatnam, where I gained valuable practical exposure to hotel operations. I later had the privilege of serving in the Front Office Department as a Guest Service Officer (GSO) at Hyatt Regency Kolkata for three years. These experiences taught me the importance of professionalism, guest satisfaction, teamwork, discipline, and continuous learning-values that form the foundation of our institute.

At GHIHM, we are committed to providing quality education through a balanced approach that combines academic knowledge with practical training, personality development, communication skills, and industry exposure. Our objective is to ensure that every student graduates with the confidence, competence, and professionalism required to succeed in the global hospitality industry.
